UPRIMI provides graphic design services, including but not limited to:

• Logo design

• Branding and visual identity

• Custom illustrations

• Other related design services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials required for the project.

• Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

• Respect intellectual property rights and not submit content that infringes on third-party rights.

• All service fees will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

• Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

• UPRIMI offers unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project.

• Revisions must be related to the initial brief and project objectives.

• Requests that significantly change the project’s scope or require entirely new designs may incur additional charges.

• Revisions should be requested within [insert reasonable timeframe, e.g., 30 days] after delivery of the initial design.

• Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final deliverables.

• UPRIMI retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, marketing, or social media unless agreed otherwise.
